Service availability, channel line‑up, quality (including 4K, FHD and HD), and features such as catch‑up and cloud recording may vary by plan, device, and region and may be changed or updated from time to time.
4. Legal Use & Copyright
The Service only makes available content for which GlobalStrm or its partners hold appropriate licences under applicable copyright and audiovisual rules. Users may view the content for personal, non‑commercial purposes only and may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or make content publicly available beyond what is expressly permitted by the Service features.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Access to the Service is offered through monthly and annual subscription plans as described on the website at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in advance and renew automatically until cancelled, unless stated otherwise for specific promotions or fixed‑term offers. Annual plans may include a 7‑day money‑back guarantee; within this period, eligible users can request a full refund if not satisfied, after which all payments are non‑refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, including copyright, consumer‑protection and data‑protection rules, or that interferes with the operation of the Service or other users’ enjoyment. GlobalStrm may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service (including channel line‑ups or features) for technical, legal, or business reasons, while ensuring that any material adverse changes comply with applicable consumer‑protection laws.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalStrm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, such as loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption of business. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable consumer or data‑protection laws, particularly for users in the EU/EEA, the UK, or Switzerland.
10. Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting support, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified. For EU/EEA consumers, any disputes arising from these Terms may be brought before the competent courts of the country of residence, and users also have access to applicable consumer‑dispute resolution mechanisms where required by law.
