3.3 Response Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

– We will notify the content provider (if identifiable) of the takedown notice and provide them with your contact information
– We will send you a confirmation of actions taken

4. Counter-Notice Procedures

4.3 Response to Counter-Notices

– If the original claimant files suit, the material will remain disabled pending court resolution
– You will be notified of the outcome

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

GlobalSTRM’s policy is to **terminate access to our Website for users who are repeat infringers of copyright** in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. A “repeat infringer” is defined as any user against whom GlobalSTRM has received more than two valid DMCA notices or counter-notices within a 12-month period.

– Is not a mediator between copyright holders and alleged infringers

8. Fair Use Reminder
